I loved this restaurant within our hotel. We went twice and it was fun both in the lounge/bar area and the outdoor dining room. The service is great and the blue cheese gnocchi was so good that we came back for it twice!

Fabulous service, gorgeous view, and 50% off bar menu and booze during happy our! (M-F, 4-7PM) Whats there NOT to like?? See my pics below for the menu options!

As far as hotel restaurants go, Jove is one of the very best. They have your standard fare which you'll find on the room service menu, but then you get hidden gems like the black squid ink pasta and saffron risotto. The tuna tartar and halibut were also terrific. I would stick to seafood (naturally as one would when you're sitting by the sea) but I have full confidence in their other fare as well. Their drinks are also inventive and delicious. One of the best (gin) aviation drinks I have ever enjoyed. I would recommend this to other hotel guests or to casual diners who want a meal for a special occasion. Sit outside by the pool.

This place is gorgeous. Nice, modern design yet manages to no feel cold. We came in for their fabulous happy hour on our first day at the Four Seasons. From 4:30-6:30, all of their drinks are half off and you have a selection of quite a few appetizers and small bites to choose from which are also half off. We did not dine-in on either of our visits, so this review is solely based on sitting at the bar and patio for happy hour. Mathew was our bartender. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pinpoint my favorite style of Martini with a few basic questions based on my likes and dislikes. As they were setting up for the night, we watched first hand how detailed their prep work is. They go as far as removing all of the seeds from the lemons for your drinks and water. I for one, hate little floating seeds in my water, so this was a huge plus for me. Although at half price, he was very generous with the drinks. No ice with a side of Scotch here! As far as the apps, we had the fried calamari, pasticcio al forno, Tomino cheese plate and the Quattro Stagioni pizza. Everything was fantastic!! The big standouts were the pizza (ham, olives, artichoke and mushrooms). Each 1/4 of the pizza has one of these ingredients (not mixed together - see photo), paying homage to the "four" seasons. Very nicely done. We ordered the Tomino cheese plate based on Mathew's suggestion, and it did not disappoint. It is presented with a small arugula salad and a berry compote which is to die for! It had chunks of berries in it that would compliment the cheese so nicely...my mouth is watering right now. The calamari was good and the paprika mayo was delicious. The pasticcio was also very good and hearty. We enjoyed this so much that we came back on our last night. Very much looking forward to visiting again for dinner. A++

We ordered the octopus appetizer and for the main entry we ordered the mushroom ravioli, black pasta with mussels. The food was really good and fresh. The waitress was very knowledgeable and she paired the wine perfectly. The only recommendation is to know that the portions are small.

The food is amazing! I had the chicken with squash and fennel. The chicken was so moist it literally melted in my mouth. My sis had the mushroom tortelinne with sweat bread, It was delicious! the pasta was cooked to perfection. My brother in law ordered the crab rossoto with peas. It was creamy chessy and the delious. You can order anything on the menu and will be satisfied.

The tasting menu was pretty great quality and very unique dishes. The mushroom ravioli and seared halibut were amazing. Relatively expensive but kind of worth it.

Overall experience was subpar. The food was fine but overpriced, very small portions. The big drawback is the level of service, it was just not adequate. Considering the prices and being in the Four Seasons I expected so much more. Examples...I ordered a ketel dirty martini and was asked what kind of liquor I'd like with it, gin, vodka etc? My reply: Ketel. I ordered another drink later and the waitress just forgot about it and then asked if I wanted anything. Huh? We switched tables and that took about 15 minutes just to get water and menus again. Had to constantly flag down someone for water and then for the check. Just a lot of miscommunication and confusion among staff and caused a lot of work for us just to get through the meal. Would not return or recommend.

This place would have 5 stars for food and 3 for service so I knocked them down to 4. The food is fresh and elegant with top notch ingredients and creativity in the menu. Even the children's salads are topped with heavenly truffle oil. So if u r not a truffle fan you might mention it. But that's where we get to the service part. If you ask your food the be any other way than the menu describes it, don't hold your breath. I stayed here a week and ate in this resto four or more times and each time had an issue, albeit small, I think for the four seasons they can improve. You are served by a multitude of people so you never know who to ask and it can be slow. Like 15-20 minutes to order. Often they are out of stuff which is blamed on the pickiness of the chef (a good thing I suppose) who sends any below par ingredients away. They were good about making a special healthy meal for me but anytime I wanted dressing on the side (let's say five or six times) it inevitably came with the dressing on and it took so long I didnt bother to send it back. It's a bit hard to find healthy fare but most people don't come to places like Jove to be healthy and if it weren't for the service, I think the chef could pull off a few off the menu orders with excellence. The staff is forgetful and slow and some seem very new at waiting tables but there are a few gems in the service and the food is excellent. I was surprised by the service but it didn't matter too much in the whole scheme of things. Plus I heard Florida is known for spotty service before we came. I can attest to that.

During our stay at the lovely Four Seasons we dined at Jove and were so glad we did. Great atmosphere, lights dimmed, intimate feel, excellent service, and the food was to die for. Michelle, our server, was friendly, informative, and attentive without hovering. Veal tonnato was our starter, what a unique dish - very tasty. We ordered the focacia bread as well. It was served in a small cast iron skillet with tomatoes - the bottom was very crispy, excellent. Next we had ravioli with sweetbreads along with an off menu, requested entree of sweetbreads - perfect and we thank the chef and Michelle for accommodating us! The best - awesome! We also ordered a pizza which went untouched until later - at about midnight - it was very good even cold. Our appetites were satisfied on these smaller portions and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost, very reasonable, especially for being in a hotel like this one.

Maybe It's Karma Jove is located in the Four Season Hotel in Palm Beach and you would expect that it would be excellent. It surpasses all expectations. My wife and I enjoyed a most romantic meal, a 'taster' sampling of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. First, the ambiance warmly welcomes you but not quite as warmly as the host and hostess. You are made to feel as though you are a very special guest. The waiters are knowledgeable about their wine list and menu and not at all shy about showing their pride in what they are offering. We anticipated really good tasting food, but the varying tastes, flavors and textures left us thinking that the next dish could not possibly be as good as the last. We were wrong about that and even the last vestige of chocolate flavor in the final dessert had us saying that it was the best. I strongly recommend the sampling dinner to get a real feel as to what Jove is capable of presenting. Karma Tsepal, the General manager of Jove, came to our table to make certain that the food and service was exceptional. The restaurant has only been open for six weeks, and the evening went so smoothly that you would have thought that they have been doing this forever. As I said, "Maybe it's Karma". Whatever it is, I strongly recommend that you visit Jove when you have a special occasion to make even more special. Great job, Karma and Team!

Food: -The Jové kitchen is lead by Italy-born Mauro Zanusso (previously of an Italian establishment in Four Seasons Egypt) working alongside Palm Beach Four Seasons Executive Chef Darryl Moiles. -With everything made in house, the menu features classic Mediterranean flavours blended nicely with contemporary techniques and enough Palm Beach tradition to keep the old school folk happy. -The menu is broken into Bread, Cheese, Salami, Shellfish, Pizzas, Salads, Pastas, Fish, Meat and Dessert. There is also a Chicchetti menu (Italian tapas like bites) for those looking more to graze than fully commit. Florida Keys Stone Crab Claws ($25 for 1/2 lb) Mustard Sauce Meaty, fresh, sweet and delicious with the little ramekin of creamy and tangy sauce. Burrata Mozzarella ($9) Strawberries, Parsley, Manacardi Balsamic Absolute heaven. The burrata was blessedly creamy, soaking into the toasty warm bread and cuddling up to the sweet and refreshing macerated berries. Such a simple dish but seriously, I want to return just to eat this. Fried Peppers ($7) Shishito, Lemon, Parmesan Very tasty, but probably my least favourite dish of the night. The batter was a little heavy for the delicate peppers and I thought it could have used a little more sweetness somewhere (maybe a glaze or drizzle) to balance out the bitter quality of the peppers. Pumpkin Raviolo ($12) Short Rib, Amaretto, Garlic Pesto, Toasted Pistachio, Fried Onions A beautifully plated dish, but make sure you've got more food coming if you opt for this as obviously it's pretty small. The perfectly cooked raviolo was packed with aromatic sweet pumpkin which was nicely balanced by the rich savoury short ribs and beefy broth. I also loved the juxtaposition of textures on the plates with the pillowy stuffed pasta, the tender meat, the crunchy nuts and the crispy fried onions. All I can complain about is that I wish I had a more. Prosciutto Stone Fired Pizzette ($20) Tomato Onion Jam, Arugula, Parmesan A cracker thin pizza with a fabulous balance of sweetness from the jam and saltiness from the prosciutto and parmesan. I loved the overall flavour of the pie and it's ethereally light texture, but I did find the edges a bit too charred to eat. Regardless, I would for sure order this again. Tiramisu ($14) Mascarpone, Espresso, Lady Fingers A tasty not-too-sweet end to the meal. It was a bit more dense than most tiramisus, so in that sense I may have preferred a greater ratio of mascarpone to lady fingers but still, it was a delicious dessert. I particularly liked the white chocolate shell that lent a nice textural contrast and touch of sweetness to balance out the heavy coffee flavour. Crème Bruciata ($14) Vanilla Custard and Burnt Caramel At the absolute opposite end of the sugar spectrum, this dessert will send you into a sugar high like you've never had before. Essentially, this was a deconstructed crème brulee. The fish bowl encased a rich, slightly bitter but cloyingly sweet syrup assumedly made from deeply caramelized sugar. Within it were little delicate orbs of set custard that when rescued with a spoon alongside some of the syrup provided the same taste sensation of a crème brulee. I was tempted to drink the residual syrup, but lord knows that wouldn't have ended so well. Closing Remarks: -For 3 apps, 2 mains, 2 desserts, 3 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine and 2 cappuccinos, the bill came to $240 including tax and tip. By Palm Beach standards, that's a steal, and by most standards, it was a solid meal. The service was flawless, the ambiance was sophisticated yet comfortable, the cocktails and wines were inventive and well prepared, and the food was familiar yet fun. -I would definitely want to return to Jové in future visits down south- particularly if our phenomenal server is still around and they keep that Crème Bruciata on offer.

I have eaten dinner here on 3 different occasions and the food is always incredible and the service is incredible. It's definitely expensive, but you are paying for the view and experience, as well as, the food and service. They give wine specials sometimes on the bottles and all of the waiters are very versed on the wines they carry. The menu is small but everything on it, is good. I have tried every appetizer and each one is better than the next. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the caprese. I also have tried a lot of the entrees. My favorite, hands down, is the branzino. It was so perfectly marinated and cooked. The prime comes in second if you are not a fish person. This is a great fancy date spot.

We ate dinner here after having a drink and some appetizers at the adjoining bar. They have a Happy Hour most days and this has got to be the best deal in Palm Beach - 1/2 price cocktails and small bites. The cocktail selection is excellent - they practice inspired Mixology! Anyhow, our dinner was very good. We had some appetizers - veal tonnato with coffee marinated quail eggs and celery. The veal was delicious but the coffee quail egg was very interesting, almost like a Chinese preserved duck egg, and the celery was marinated in lemon and compressed, making it particularly flavorful. The wild mushroom pizza was good but not outstanding - the crust was too thin and lacked chew. We tried some pastas for our entrees. The rigatoni carbonara was unique, topped with caviar to give a nice briny flavor, however it was a bit soupy and rigatoni is not the best pasta shape for this. The mushroom ravioli with sweetbreads was tasty but a little one-note. The desserts were wonderful. The quattro cioccolato was four types of chocolate in four different preparations. Delicious. The lemon panna cotta was smooth and rich, also delicious. I had a beautiful glass of Primitivo wine as well, served to me after graciously offering me a taste of a few different reds. All in all, this is a great spot, especially for Happy Hour but also for upscale modern Italian food.

I stayed at the Four Seasons a couple weeks back and dined at this restaurant. We had a great experience here! Ambience is nice, service is extremely friendly, and happy hour is awesome. The food is pretty good, very contemporary Italian food. Highlights: veal tonnato, mushroom pizza (very thin crust which is just what I love!), quattro cioccolato, lemon panna cotta. For our entrees, we had the rigatoni carbonara and the mushroom ravioli with sweetbreads. The carbonara was very tasty and the pasta itself was perfect, but the dish was too soupy to be true carbonara. True carbonara needs to be sticky, but our noodles were laying in a pool of sauce. However, the caviar on top was a nice, high-end touch. The mushroom ravioli was also just decent, but their was a generous portion of sweetbreads. I think both of our pasta dishes ran on the smaller side. Overall, I think I would give Jove 3.5 stars, rounded up to 4. The experience as a whole was very good, though the food was inconsistent. Definitely worth trying!

My husband and I stayed at the omphoy hotel next door and decided to go here for our anniversary dinner. We arrived a little early so we were asked to wait a few minutes at the bar. They served us with complimentary champagne for our anniversary which I thought was such a nice touch. The dinner was outstanding. Everything from the octopus, stone crab to the pasta was simply amazing. Stanley our waiter was so nice and served us with excellence. We dined at Cafe Boulud the night before and although it was good, Jove blows it away!

My husband took me here for Mother's Day yesterday and what a treat!! We brought our 18 month old son, to which they were extremely accommodating (printing off things for him to color and bringing extra crostini's which he loved). We sat outside because the weather was amazing and the view of the ocean truly tops off the atmosphere. I wish I could remember our server's name because she was phenomenal!! She knew about everything from the different deals in the different restaurants at the hotel to the fish and surveyors the restaurant purchases from. We started out with a bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio (because apparently Sundays they have a great deal which any bottle of wine is half off) and a dozen oysters (which came from different regions). When we asked for horseradish they gave it to us fresh from the root. We ordered fairly quickly for my son, finding it helpful that they have a kids menu with several options. By the way children under 5 eat free, and yes that includes dessert for them as well. His salmon was perfectly cooked and he enjoyed it. My husband ordered the "Brodetta..." (I think that's how you say it), and I ordered the Pumpkin Halibut. The portion sizes were surprisingly small (both entrees being over $30), but unlike anything I'd ever tasted before!!! Both dishes were outstanding!! Everything in each dish blended so well!! My taste buds were confused, but in a happy way!!! Unbeatable combination of flavor!!! We thoroughly enjoyed both dishes. For dessert we ordered the four chocolates, since my son was enjoying two cookies. The dulce mousse and brownie were amazing with the salted caramel. The milk and dark chocolate mousse were very very rich, but the espresso we both ordered went well with it. All in all an incredible experience. I truly wish I could remember our server's name! She was a latina (I think) with a wonderful personality and a beautiful smile. If you know her name please feel free to comment it. Definitely ask for her if you get the opportunity.

Went to dinner there during flavor palm beach and had a lovely experience. The waiter was wonderful and recommended wonderful wines. The courses were small but delicious. For dessert I had the tiramisu and it was by far the best tiramisu I have ever had. Lovely outdoor seating, overall good experience
